Our Client is looking for a confident, self-starter with a solid B2b field sales background with experience in telecoms or related sector. The right candidate will possess the correct attitude, drive, experience and stable career background and all is of equal importance to our client. 

 

The Role:

  • New Business acquisition focus
  • You will however be provided with 80% warm leads however they are looking for a new business attitude within this individual.
  • B2B field sales role targeting SME markets in Scotland.
  • You will be expected to qualify all business leads, manage and develop a geographical territory
  • Develop a strategy to sustain growth and market share in this specific territory
  • Achieve and deliver on all set targets and KPIs
  • Deliver high levels of customer service and professionalism at all times

 

The Candidate:

  • You must come from a strong B2B Field Sales background or an internal background (within telecoms ONLY, looking to progress)
  • A well established, well connected Telecoms or related industry professional is required for this role
  • You must be a hungry, new business focused with a proven track record of success 
  • Results driven individual with strong commercial acumen
  • A confident presenter with excellent negotiation skills
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Adept at delivering high levels of customer/business satisfaction at all times
  • Looking for a long term career opportunity in a brand leading award winning organization
  • Strong communicator
  • Driver’s license

Package & Benefits

  • Excellent basic salary up to £33k basic
  • UNCAPPED OTE circa £80-£100K+ realistic earnings in this territory
